If you’re studying you may find yourself in the midst of midterms and exams at the moment. I know how you feel and I wish you the best of luck.

You may feel like you’re in over your head with work and essays at the moment, but I want to reassure you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and eventually you’ll be finished.
It can help to take a step back and take a break to give yourself some time to absorb what you’ve been working on. Breaks are an important part of studying!
